Terms and conditions
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a repair or maintenance service with Mobile Mower Medics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Delivery Authorization
If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you may authorize Mobile Mower Medics to drop off your equipment without requiring a signature.
By providing your name, street address, and telephone number, and checking the consent box, you agree to the following:
- You authorize Mobile Mower Medics to drop off your lawn equipment at your home without requiring a signature for delivery.
- You take full responsibility for the lawn equipment upon delivery.
- You release Mobile Mower Medics from any liability related to loss, fire, theft, vandalism, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Once the equipment is delivered, Mobile Mower Medics is no longer responsible for its security or condition.
I agree and give my consent for delivery.
3. Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment that remains unclaimed for more than 15 days after an estimate or repair is completed will be subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee starting on the 16th day.
If the equipment remains unclaimed for 30 days, Mobile Mower Medics reserves the right to dispose of or sell the equipment to recover costs, with no compensation or reimbursement to the customer.
4. Payment Terms
- All repair and service fees are due in full upon completion of service.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (if applicable).
- Any unpaid balances may result in a lien on the equipment or additional collection actions.
5. Warranty & Liability
- All repairs are covered by a limited 30-day warranty on labor and service.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or further mechanical issues beyond the completed repair.
- Mobile Mower Medics is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred from using repaired or serviced equipment.
6. Service Refusal
Mobile Mower Medics reserves the right to refuse service if:
- The equipment is deemed unsafe or irreparable.
- The customer refuses to comply with service terms.
- Payment is not provided within agreed terms.
